How can we make it?


The German Society for the Protection of Children was founded in 1953, but the organization didn´t play a part at the perception of people.  But even during the authortarian 1950ths and 60ts there would have been a lot of things to improve. The situation of children was rather bad. The West German economical boom made forgotten the misery of the first years after the second world war indeed, but economical welfare is only one point of view.

The Society for the Protection of Children is engaged for the rights of children", you will read in the website of the ministery of family. But this statement is correct only partly.

The Society for the Protection of Children is neither engaged for the right of religious right of self - determination - the abolishing of Christianing of children - nor for birth - control. We will not do our children a favor, if we leave behind a world with 10 - 20 billions of men. Instead of this matter the Society for the Protection of Children makes politics to burden our overpopulated country with more and more children.

Summary: The Society for the Protection of Children does only care about problems which are probably organized in our country: Help for families and single parents during enconomical miseries, good conditions for children to play and live in the country.

But delicate questions like Christianing of children our birth control are being ingnored for decades. At the other side the Society for the Protection of Children hab become meanwhile a well respected organzation and could afford more civilian courage.

Dear members of the Society for the Protection of Children please respect your claim to care about children´s rights in future!
 

 

In former times the large number of childrens were bad for Germany. Wars, epedemics, famines and the oecological destructions

Our beloved money....

 

But, do we really need such sumes of money to care for our children? Love, sympathy and attention do not cost any Cent! But the Society for the Protection of Children prefers material goods for children. Children have to get expensive clothes, knapsacks, moblies and so on. Children who don´t get material goods will be handicaped otherwise.

So the Society for the Protection of Children proves its own incapacity, but also our society does. At the time I attended school I got an plastic bag of Aldi and trade - marked clothes were taboo.

An organization like the Society for the Protection of Children which regards to care about human rights has to be very sensitive by questions of paying its work in order to get trustworthiness.

At first it is very problematic that gifts for the Society for the Protection of Children can be reducted by the taxes and so being paid by public. A man who gives money for social projects has to do is by idealistic reason but in in order to reduce taxes. It will be just painfull, if the gererous donor makes self - marketing by his charity....

 
German courts are very generous to impose a fine of money to the Society for the Protection of Children during other organizations are often handicaped.

But the grievances of the West German justice are well known at least by insiders. Misjudgemts, unlawfullnesses and sometimes wilful perversions of the law caused by judges and State´s attorneys are quite normal in German justice.

The Society for the Protection of Children should better always disclaim penalties paid by force in order to keep its trustworthiness.
 

I cannot criticize that the behaviour of Herne´s Society for the Protection of Children may by typical for the behaviour of the whole of the organziation. I will report, of I get something to know in this matter.

The district court of Bochum (West Germany) condemned me to pay a fine of 5.000,-- DM (about 3.000,-- US $) to the Herne´s Society for the Protection of Children in 1997. I informed the Herne´s Society for the Protection of Children immediately that there were a lot of anomalities during the trial. The female judge was suspected of blackmailing me.

But Herne´s Society for the Protection of Children was not interested in this matter., the organization was only greedy after money. Specially the Herne´s Society for the Protection of Children refused to give a little part of the money to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. But in the inverse case the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals would have done so. So the Herne´s Society for the Protection of Children proved its own incapacity...
 
 
 

 

 

 

 

Why do Herne´s "Friends of Children" are so autocratic and egoistic?

Also animals, our fellow living beings, have a claim of care!
   
 

The Herne´s Society for the Protection of Children refuses till today to speak with me in order to find a good solution to finish the conflict for the advantage of all participants. Even my offer to change the fine money into a gift given in an volunteer way was neglected by the Herne´s Society for the Protection of Children. Instead of important moral considerations I ´d made my offer. But the Herne´s Society for the Protection of Children didn´t want to respect my good will.

By the way, money did nver habe been a ponit of matter during this confict. I had to go to the relief office, becaus I had been paying the fine to the Herne´s Society for the Protection of Children. And so the state had to pay back the money to me...
   
 
SUMMARY:
The Society for the Protection of Children would be adviced to care about other main points in future. The thrustworthiness of the Society for the Protection of Children to care about human rigths is poor, and so I do not want to make the advice to give money to the German Society for the Protection of Children at the moment.
